THE FACTORS
- Love Factor

Bosco Wong
Bosco's character is very unique. He is really rich, he has ambitions, he is romantic, and yet he has many weakness. Bosco did a great job for portraying his character Michael. I started to like his character ever since the beginning, and I enjoyed his chemistry with Jessica very much. However, that relationship does not work out. Then, he got jealous of Roger, and becomes really un-reasonable, but it is easy to forgive him, because he didn't do much wrong. At the end, he accepted Roger as his brother. Bosco acts so well, especially when he lost everything, including his company, money, father and Leila... But, the good thing is, Roger never gave up on him, the two brothers have a very special bonding chemistry.

Jessica Hsuan
Jessica's character in this series is very different from Square Pegs, in this series, she has the opportunities to achieve any goal. She is very smart, but she is born in the poor community. Because of Bosco, she becomes little ambitious, and willing to leave Roger. However, that didn't work out, and she realized Roger truly treats her well. I like her character because she never truly abandoned Roger.

Roger Kwok
Well, I still like the Roger in Square Pegs more than the Roger in Life Made Simple. Basically, Roger is playing the same character, he went through the same romance, and almost the same adventure. However, I still found Roger's character very cute, especially towards the beginning. Later on, his voice does get little annoying, but that's ok. I loved the things he did for Jessica and everyone around him.

Angela Tong
How can I forget her? She won the best supporting actress just because of this role. Well, I do love this character, she is very unique, has a very warm heart, and she sings really well. It's a very special character, which is not usually seen in a TVB series. No wonder why this character is so famous now. I also love the scene when she sings in the restroom, really funny. However, her scenes are getting less and less towards the end, not sure what's up with that. Angela did a good performance, but not awesome. It's the character I love the most, but I am happy for Angela, who finally got a great role that everyone can remember.

Leila Tong
I don't like her character, but I am surprised to see Leila portraying her character. This truly proves that she can be play a villain someday. Way to go! Finally see a very different Leila, who you might hate at the beginning. But, that's ok, you will forgive her, because she is not a bad person, she just likes money too much. When she truly falls in love with Bosco, she is good.

- Dislike Factor
Please Re-film that Ending!!!!
I hate the ending of Square Pegs (that's a given), but I hate this ending even more (that's a disappointment)! When I watched episode 32, I was like, "what the producer is thinking!" I was so mad, and thought about all the things I need to write for hating the ending. But now, I don't even know what to say, because I hate that ending too much. Speechless! Why can't the producer just cut the second half of the last episode? The whole thing about Roger and Jessica's honeymoon, the break up, the 4 years apart, the reunion is totally worthless. By the way, they did copy Square Pegs! I am talking about the scene where Roger made the snow and moon. That scene is so familiar, because that is the classic Square Pegs scene! Why can't the producer think something new?!

- Chemistry Factor
Jessica + Bosco + Roger
Very good love triangle up to the point that Bosco and Jessica broke up. First of all, I have to say I love Jessica and Bosco's chemistry very much, even though everything between them happened little too fast. Second of all, I also love Jessica and Roger together, because they went through the most difficulties, and they keep helping each other, make each other better. Am I confusing you? Well, I didn't feel bad for Roger when I see Bosco and Jessica together, and I also didn't feel bad for Bosco when I see Roger and Jessica together. This is what I called a perfect love-triangle. However, Bosco and Jessica broke up too fast, that's little un-acceptable. A slower break up will make me feel better, o well...

Bosco + Leila
I do love this chemistry, however, they shared too little scenes together. I think Bosco even shared more scenes with Jessica... It's strange, I don't even know when Leila truly falls in love with Bosco. I mean, at the beginning, she is just being jealous. Then, after Bosco and Jessica break up, this two just get together all the sudden. Then, when Bosco is broke, Leila even left him, but the good thing is, she realized she loves him after he was kidnapped. Bosco and Leila shared some sweet scenes, but not many.

- How Come Factor
The bullet
I watched and re-watched the part where Roger was "shot", I didn't catch that part so well. How in the world, he got shot? I mean, the gunshot was little far, if a bullet flies all the way to hit Roger, that's amazing. So, I can't tell if a bullet hit him or not, plus it was so dark. But, Roger did get hurt, and his injury was serious. However, that bullet (a piece of the bullet), I still don't get it.

The Ending
Why in the world did Roger and Jessica has to separate again for 4 years? Why 4? How is that making anything special? Anyway, that ending was so bad, and I don't even want to remember it.

THE COMMENTS
- The Performances
I can't think of anyone who did a bad performance, because everyone did a great job. From the main stars to the supporting stars, everyone did an awesome job. Jessica gets my best actress award, Leila gets my special honor, I just wish she has little more scenes with Bosco. As for best actor, I am going to give this one to Bosco! I enjoyed his performances so much, and his eyes can tell you all the feelings inside.

- The Story
Compare to Square Pegs, this story is not nearly as good. So, don't compare it with Square Pegs, don't compare it at all. Watch it as you never saw Square Pegs before, then you will like this series.

- Worth Watching?
If you don't watch it, you will miss out a lot of stuff, if you do watch it, just remember not to think back Square Pegs. If you are a Bosco fan, this could be your favorite series of the year. If you are a Roger and Jessica fan, again, don't think back Square Pegs. If you are a Leila fan, you got to watch it, it is a good opportunity to catch a different Leila ;-)
