HK Trip - TVB City and TVB Stars and my secrets

Did everyone got shy after I am getting mad? Well, to make you feel better, I am going to share my secrets of the Hong Kong trip. I am only posting it in my blog, so you guys are lucky enough to read this.

First of all, tvb stars are just like normal people, you can easily find one on the street. The first day I was in Hong Kong, I saw Raymond Cho (the guy from Square Pegs) on the Goldfish Market, he just went to a goldfish store to ask the owner some questions. I was so surprised to see him, I didn't know seeing a tvb star was that easy. He didn't dressed like a star, you might not even recognize him if you didn't see Square Pegs. Well, I got all excited, and I wanted to find a star every single day when I was in Hong Kong. And, guess what, I almost meet my goal. (I will tell more later)

(WARNING: please don't try the following things youself. I won't hold responsibilities if you are trying to break into TVB City). Second of all, tvb city is not open to visitors, you can only take the subway to Tseung Kwan O, and then take a bus to the tvb city. You can only take some pictures from outside, and can't go in. I wasn't satisified to just look at the door, because it takes so long to get there from Kowloon City. So, I decided to go back to the bus station, and see what else I can do. Then, saw this bus line, it says TVB Employee only, the bus number is 68. I wasn't sure if I can get on that bus, and then when I looked around, I saw numbers of tvb stars! At least 7 or 8 of them, standing in line, waiting for the bus to come! Of course, those stars are not the famous ones, most of them are the older ones, but you know who they are and what series they are in. So, I was so excited to see them, and I decided to stay in that bus line and try to get on that Employee bus. Later, the bus came, no one was checking the ID at the bus, so I went on the bus, it was great! Seating on the bus with lots of other stars. It's a special experience. This employee bus actually drives into the TVB City. It stops right in front of the Ancient street inside the TVB City. When the bus stops, there are people outside of the bus to check your employee ID. I was caught right then, but I just tell them that I was in a rush and took the wrong bus. LOL!!!! Of course, I had to go out, but I got a short chance to view the inside, it was awesome! But, I wasn't able to take some pictures, if you are taking pictures, they know you are lying about taking the wrong bus. Or well, this experience is enough for me already, and this is the secret to go inside TVB City.

Third of all, how to see your favorite tvb star? Well, I am not talking about Tony Leung of Andy Lau here, because they are too super to get seen. I am only talking about the tvb stars who have lots of public shows. If you go to your favorite star's fan site, such as http://www.ronng.com for Ron. He got lots of functions, which are the public shows he will be doing. You can find out the schedule and the place of the show, and then, just go there to see him. That is easy enough, isn't it?

Grown Ups

I was little surprised to read some of the comments in my poor blog. I was very disappointed at the people who left those comments with bad attitude and bad language. I am not sure how much do those people know about respecting the others. Or, at least, respecting youself. Using bad language will make people disrepect you even further. Throwing angry comments at one another doesn't help you grow one single inch taller.

It is so hard for me to read every single comment and delete the ones with the bad language. Well, I had to do something, since some people just never get my warnings seriously. From now on, only members of blogger can leave comments. So that, I can track down the people who are disrespecting the others. I am not sure what else I can do. Well, just grow up!

HK Trip - what was it like?

I know you are waiting to hear about my Hong Kong experiences. Well, here I am, after adjusting the culture shock (hehe, not too much shock). I am going to tell you the fun things I have experienced.

First of all, this is my first time visiting Hong Kong. After studying about the city many months, I was expecting to see a New York in the Asian style. Now, I can say I went to both cities. There are a lot of similarities, as well as differences. People in Hong Kong walk as fast as the New Yorkers, the lifestyle in Hong Kong is pretty much the same speed as the New Yorkers. In both cities, you can see the big differences between upper, middle and lower classes of people. In both cities, you can visit many attractions in a day. In both cities, people walk more than they drive; people take subway more than taxi.

You can learn a lot about Hong Kong just by visiting it for a few days; you will know where the rich people shops, where the street markets are, etc. There is also one thing you can learn: where to find the TVB Stars?!

To be continued…

HK Trip - Ron Function

As a big Ron fan, I am crazy about seeing him live. So, I tried my best to find Ron's function (the shows he is going to do). Finally, I found out that he will be doing a catwalk show in Shun Tak Centre in Hong Kong Island. Well, here I am, finally get to see him doing a show. Today, he was doing a show with Bernice Liu, they are doing a Korean fashion show. It was so funny, because Ron looks so hot in Korean outfit. He also sang "Don't Blame Her", it was amazing. Ron is really funnny in person, they also did a short interview.
